These terms summarize the intended service boundaries for using Flivy to configure and operate supported social automation workflows.
Flivy is provided to help teams configure compliant social automation workflows for supported channels. Users are responsible for the automations, messages, offers, and content they configure.
Users must follow applicable Meta, Instagram, Facebook, privacy, marketing, and messaging policies. Flivy may limit, suspend, or remove workflows that create platform, security, or abuse risk.
Plan access, reply limits, channel limits, contacts, and team seats are governed by the active subscription tier shown in the product billing configuration.
Flivy depends on third-party APIs and infrastructure providers. Features may change as platform capabilities, rate limits, or compliance requirements evolve.
For policy questions or account support, email the Flivy team and we will route the request to the right owner.
